Shipping policy

At Flip&Play, we aim to deliver quickly and transparently. This page explains how we process and ship orders to addresses in the continental United States.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once the carrier scans your package.

Shipping Options & Timeframes

  • Standard (Free): 3–4 business days
  • Express ($6.99): 1–2 business days
    Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier capacity, or high order volume. We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx based on destination.

Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship to continental U.S. addresses only.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/military addresses.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to change or cancel? Email us immediately at service@flipandplaystore.com.
  • We’ll do our best to help, but once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Delivery Issues

  • Damaged on arrival: Email photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
  • Marked delivered but not received (parcel):
    • Check doors/porches/garage/parcel lockers and ask household members/neighbors.
    • Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes scan early.
    • If still missing, contact us and we’ll open a carrier trace.
  • Incorrect address / undeliverable: If a package returns to us, we can reship to a corrected address (additional shipping may apply) or refund per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
